The list below describes what is available in our Farm Store today!  The store is open Monday-Saturday during daylight hours and is located on the farm at 402 County Route 34 East Chatham, NY 12060.  Call 518-794-0236 if you have questions!

Our Chickens are fed Non-GMO grains and have access to fresh pasture every day.  During the winter, they are housed inside our barn with outdoor access as they see fit.

Stew chicken is a richly flavored meat.  Unlike meat chickens, stew chicken meat has a full flavor and is great for stock, soups and slow cooked dishes.
